Hoki Ki Te Rito

Hoki ki te Rito is a free one-day-a-week courses for Mum’s with tamariki from 0-5yrs and is recommended for those who have experienced trauma from family harm, addictions and/or mental health issues.

The course supports Mum’s to improve their emotional and physical well-being while becoming confident caregivers building their own healthy attachments with their tamariki.

The course details include:

  • 14 week duration
  • One-day-a-week (day to be confirmed)
  • 9.30am – 2.30pm
  • Childcare available
  • All kai provided (morning tea and lunch)
  • Transport (can be considered)
  • Graduation/certificate on completion of course

The course is based in Pukekohe and can be accessed by Mum’s who reside in Franklin and its wider areas.
