Fees for Counselling:

Franklin Family Support Services is a voluntary organisation and our volunteers give many hours of service. Counselling however, requires specialised training and we therefore employ our counsellors. We want counselling to be affordable and accessible. Payment is based on family income. We offer subsidies to people with lower incomes. You will need to bring proof on income to you first session if you wish to pay a subsidised rate, otherwise you will be charged at the full rate of $80 per session. Anyone who thinks they may have difficulty paying in full should arrange to speak to the office manager who will be happy to discuss flexible payment options.

Our scale of fees:

Application for WINZ subsidy for Beneficiaries and low income earners  $50 per session

Family income: $540 - $640 per week                  $50 per session
